FBL-message Sending-Scheduler (6′)

See how you can set up specific times, when COS shall send out FBL-Messages for a specific flight or truck to your Cargo Handling Agent automatically.

You will be able to send out even multiple FBL-messages for the same flight at different hours prior the flight-departure-time, that you define.

Also you’ll have an option to have COS send a “NIL”-FBL-message by the last FBL (closest to the flight’s departure time), in case no bookings are done on a flight.

This feature serves multiple needs, such as for example:

• It eases your live, because you won’t need to worry of forgetting the sending of your instructions to the GHA any longer since COS is doing that for you.
• Those GSA’s, that are already getting bookings from on-line-booking-portals like CargoBooking, Webcargo, CargoOne and CargoAI etc. won’t need to worry anymore, that such bookings done outside normal office hours, won’t be loaded onto a flight, because with this new timer, you can have COS sending out FBL-messages at any time of the day or night.

Please note, that:

Only users with certain user-roles called “Operations Maintenance” have rights to add, change or remove FBL-Sending-timer-records in this setup.
