Manage address book

The SITA-Address-book can be very useful for you, especially to send out Bookings and Flight Dispos etc. to counterparties like Handling Agents, Airlines and Truckers. Especially in terms of sending out automated Cargo-IMP-messages (such as FFR’s, FFA’s, FBL’s, FWB’s etc.) to either SITA-recipients or E-Mail-recipients, we highly recommend that populate and maintain the SITA-address-book.

Please be aware about the following in case you send out messages from the system to E-Mail-recipients:

  1. Such mssgs can only be viewed as sent items on the SITA-message-table
  2. Your sender’s e-mail-address is either your “generic-one” (no-reply@datacair.com) or you can have it differently. Or you can even define one e-mail-sender’s address for each Airline individually
  3. If you expect the recipient of such a e-mail-msg. to reply back to you with another Cargo-IMP-mssg (e.g. FFA, FSA/FSU), COS does currently NOT process such Cargo-IMP-mssgs coming in by e-mail. (only incoming mssgs by SITA can be processed).

Filter/search for messages

In the SITA-Message-table you have various means to set filters to search for one or a group of messages.
