Agent default Contacts

Import Net-rates by XML through Dataport

1. Customize view in Excel –> make „Developer“ commands display in the ribbon-area of your Excel profile
2. Open CargoRate Excel-Template form file –> click on “Developer”-ribbon –> click “Source” to show XML-fields’ names

Define default text for each Airline for outgoing mssgs

You can define default text for each of the below quoted E-Mail-Messages which you can generate out of COS.

This text can be defined for each airline individually if needed.

Booking Confirmation

to confirm a booking on a single AWB basis

Uplift Information

to confirm uplift for a single or multiple AWB/s

Irregularity Info

to inform agent/s for a single or multiple AWB/s

AWB-Stock-Confirmation

to send a new stock of AWB to an agent.

Delivery Info

similar to a P.O.D. (Proof of delivery), COS is capable to generate&send a Delivery Confirmation to the customer automatically as soon as the user would enter “DLV” in the Routing-field “Status Code”.

Create Warning-Pop-Ups on Agent-level

You have the possibility to create warning-indicators or pop-ups on the booking mask by the using the comments-table in the agent-card. Using the code “W” will create a warning-indicator on the booking-mask. Using the code “P” will trigger a respective pop-up in the booking-mask during the booking-process.
