Other Charges Buying cost-splitting tool (Purchase Docs.)

By this tool you can create a Quote for example in cases when a trucking company offers you a total cost for one truck. You can pull respective AWB’s truck-/flight-legs into a created Quote using certain filter-criteria such as Departure-Date, Carrier-Code, Trucker-Code etc. By posting the Quote, the system will split the total cost over all AWBs involved and populate them on AWB’s Buying Side into the Other Charge “due None” as an expected cost.

You can post (re-post) a Quote as many times you like. Please also note, that deleting a Quote will also unpost/delete the respective Other Charges due None on each involved AWBs buying side.

FYI:

Currently you can only post expected costs over to the Other Charges Buying due None. Soon you will also have the option to post planned compensation costs, which you can debit the vendor-airline with over to the Other Charges Buying due GSA.
