Through the Contact look-up, you have the option to access the Agent’s contact table either to:
selecting a prestored contact, enables you/COS to address any message which you will be sending out for this booking (such as Booking Conf, Uplift Info, Irreg.Msg. etc), provided that the respective contact-record contains a valid e-mail-address.

Actually, that contact-table can also be accessible through the Agentcard (SETUP > PARTICIPANTS > Agents)
You can also access the Dispo Overview directly from the Booking Mask. By clicking on the airplane-icon-button on one of the routing-lines, the Dispo Overview will show you a prefiltered list with the respective flight/truck of that previously selected routing-line.

How & where to show additional truck- and handling information such as for example T1-Status, loading-/offloading instructions on shipment level, you can use the fields Other service info, Special service request as wll as Dispo & trucking info on the Booking mask. Just keep in mind, that the OSI1&2 as well as the SSR1&2 will also be shown on the FFR-message in case you want to transmit that info to the airline-system.
