Change Agent for multiple AWBs

Assign SPECIFIC AWBs to Agent (set to Status “Assigned”)

Return unused AWBs back to airline (status “Void”)

The reason why an AWB shall be set to the status „Void“, is to make it invalid and not to use it any longer and to return it back to the vendor-airline. You can set single AWBs to status “Void” directly on the Booking Mask.

Create new AWB (Status “Created”)
