AWB Comments is a tool to store any kind of remarks. We recommend to use it mainly to keep additional infos in regards to things like general OPS- or Sales-notes, buying- or CCA-remarks referring to a particular AWB/booking.
DO NOT use this tool to keep records regarding irregularities! For that you must use the dedicated “Irregularity Handling” table instead
