Booking-Mask

Through the Contact look-up, you have the option to access the Agent’s contact table either to:

• Select an already stored contact either by typing any 3 letters of the contacts First/Last-Name or my clicking the look-up-icon to access the Contacts’-table.

GENERAL RECOMMENDATION:

selecting a prestored contact, enables you/COS to address any message which you will be sending out for this booking (such as Booking Conf, Uplift Info, Irreg.Msg. etc), provided that the respective contact-record contains a valid e-mail-address.

• Edit/complete a stored contact
• Populate the contact-table with a new contact in order to select it for a future/other bookings.

Actually, that contact-table can also be accessible through the Agentcard (SETUP –> PARTICIPANTS –> Agents)
